exported some widgets again that went missing; sdm-aleph now accepts 3 types of examples and makes the appropriate checks; added icons for most new widgets

fixed bogdan's 'select attributes' and 'select data', since they didn't work when multiple instances of the same widgets were on the canvas, because of global scoping. 'select data' was completely rewritten in jquery, while 'select attributes' was (for the moment) only patched. some refactoring was done on the server-side of the widgets as well.

Latino: Added widgets dealing with vocabulary from CrossBee. Widget BOW Space changed to BOW model and doesn't generate dataset anymore. Now it needs to be followed by Create Dataset. Fine tuning widgets interfaces based on PhD workflow and widget names suggested by Nada. Few new widgets still don't have correct background logic.
